What size braid/shrinkwrap do I need?

Hey guys , just about to order some braiding and wrap, but not too sure on the sizes I need and I'm hoping you can help me out?

I can order the braid in 3,4,6,8 and 10mm and the wrap comes in 3.2,4.8,6.4,9.5,13,20,25mm sizes.

I'm thinking of braiding the wires bellow so any advice you can give on sizes would be great:

Fan wires (probably easier to wrap these from start to finish)
Sata cables (data and power)
24 pin (I'd like to wrap the first 3-4cm in singles and then group them into 4's.

I am also wondering if anyone can clear this up, I used to have a guide for cable braid sizes but seem to have lost it.

If anyone can give us an idea of which sizes and shrink sizes you need for various cables it would be great
