What size hole saw do you suggest using for 140mm fans?

just choose one, buy it and measure it...............SIMPLE
not very usefull for amazon though :'(

120 - 114 = 6mm
140 - 134 = 6mm

yh i was thinking along those lines, just if the frame being bigger would make too much difference
Don't forget though, it's the frame that's measured, not the fan.
If you get a 134mm holesaw, you've got 3mm around the edges to play with, that should be plenty and roughly around the same size as the fan itself not including the fan frame.
