I’ve got a Transcend 256GB in mine, says max phone can take is 512GB but MicroSDXC can go up to 2TB. My old Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini had a supposed limit of 64GB but happily ran my 256GB MicroSDXC card in it.

I use various sizes 64, 128 and 256GB for my phones and tablets - so far not had a need for more. Can't remember what is in my main phone at the moment.

128GB at present. I'm looking at getting a new phone so I'm undecided on whether I should get a larger card.

I’m using 25GB of my 256GB MicroSDXC card at the moment which would be quite a lot if I was using the internal 64GB. I’m using 16.78GB of internal memory with very few apps installed leaving me with 47GB free internally.

256GB was going to get the 400GB which was the highest capacity readily available at time (few years now) but it cost more than 2x 256GB's but now its OK priced and 512GB are out.
