What size PSU needed for new build?

Getting conflicting answers using all the online calculators.

Looking at this build

i5-6600k
16gig DD4
Nvidia 970 / 1070 (depending on reviews / cost)
1 x SSD
1 x Sata 7200rpm
Usual odds and ends, usb devices, keyboard and whatnots.

From adding up all the TDP's, i'm thinking something in the region of 550-600W should be sufficient?

Would a good 550W give me scope to overclock the 6600k and 970/1070 without issue? It's not going to be hardcore overclocking, but whatever casual overclock i can get

Looking at the prices that the 1080's launched at, i seriously doubt the 1070's will launch at my budget. I'm only going to be gaming at 1080p anyway, as thats all my monitors will take, so a 970 will probably be the gfx card of choice.
