These are my specs:
CPU - Intel I7 4770k
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z87-HD3
RAM - 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866 Mhz
HDD - 1TB Western Digital
SSD - 128GB Corsair Force Series GS
Graphics Card - Soon to be a GTX 780TI Classified
Monitor - 23.6" AOC 1920x1080.

I will be overclocking the CPU at some point in the future, possibly the GPU, and not sure on whether or not to OC the RAM, or just buy 16GB of G Skill Trident X 2400Mhz. Obviously, I will need watercooling or uprated air fans, if anyone has any suggestions.
Thank you.

Google eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite this will tell you how may watts your system will need.

750W is way overkill, so you've used a bit of extra money, but.. No harm done otherwise.

That rig won't even pull 400w at full overclocks, even if you stress both the CPU and GPU.

My overclocked 8350 and 280X peaks at 400W from the wall when playing Battlefield 4 and around 350W in most areas of the game.

In contrast my Overclocked 4670k and GTX 670 peak at 250W when stress testing, but gaming they stay way under 200.

Intels are a bit more energy efficient :P
