My spec;
MoBo: Z68 Asrock Extreme4 Gen7
Graphics card: Radeon HD 6950 (may add another 5870(my old card))
Processor: i5 2500k 4.2ghz OC

Please take into consideration the maybes, as they might be added to the system at a later date... Thank you :)

I'm led to believe by the largest, best quality PSU you can afford. I've gone for the Antec 650w 80 plus modular jobbie and I have a "similar" spec to you minus the graphics for now.

the 5870 wouldn't work with the 6950, for the 6950 go for the 2gb version not 1gb.

if you're planning on xfire in the future than go with a 850w, make sure its not a cheap/generic brand go for antec/corsair/enermax/etc.

I'm currently looking for a new PSU.

The one I have currently is pretty decent but it has limited connectors and as it isn't modular, it causes a mess.

I've found the Antec HCP-750 High Current Pro is meant to be very good! And also the Corsairs are pretty decent.

How do the Corsair Enthusiast models fare in the grand scheme of things? They seem pretty decent.
