What size screen do you use for gaming?

I used a 37" Toshiba Regza 1080p TV about 5 feet away for a couple of years, however now use a Dell 2407WFP.

i must admit i miss the size of the TV, and once I got used to it it was so good.

Having said that i've played on about 4 different 1080p LCD HDTV's and non of them were as sharp or responsive as my Regza was.. to the extent that I still trawl through ebay looking for the same model second hand :P

Samsung SyncMaster T260 26" 1920x1200.

x3 \o/

Shame about the huge bezels though but I don't really notice that most of the time :p

Oh, and the middle one is the HD one with built-in freeview, of course since having them I haven't lived anywhere where the aerial can pick up a tv-signal so kinda pointless :p

Dell 20.1" - 1680x1050 although Ill be in the market for a new monitor soon and this one will be relegated to my second

My Dell U3011 30 inch is my primary game screen. Means my HP LP2475W has be sidelined into displaying e-mails, which seems a bit of a waste for such a brilliant monitor.

Had to disable AA on my games after upgrading since my GTX570 Sli setup couldn't cope with the 2560x1600 rez.

1920x1200 Dell 2407
I personally don't really want to go higher resolution due to the requirements on a GPU and down the line in the future, what might not run @ 25xx in 2 years time may probably at 1920x. Although I could just swap monitors if that's the case.

Yeah...

was 24 " 1920 x 1200 untill it went bang now on a borrowed 19" samsung piece of **** untill next week when its u2711 and as high a res as itll go YUM

Couple of weeks ago, we had a thread with poll about resolution. I just can't seem to find the link to it. 1080p was the most common resolution with 1200/1440/1600 in significant use aswell.

I was in your situ OP 32" sony bravia sat right infront of me, i swapped for a Iiyama E2407HDS 24", couldnt be more pleased, infact i picked up a second one now!

Previously 24" 1920x1200 dell...it went bang.
Currently 27" 1920x1080 LG 2780D 3D

Tried a 24" 1920x1080 Benq XL2420T, but it seemed too small.
