What size spoke key is this?

I've bought a new wheel for my wrecked bike and I'm struggling to get info that makes sense. What numbers am I looking at.

As usual I assume it's an infuriating mix of metric and inches?

Here's the blurb, translate from Swedish.

Nipple 2 x 14? Isn't that the wrench size ? Obviously not I can't find a thing that size..
