What size sticks are recommended for ryzen

Hi atm running 4x8gb sticks but moving these on and I am wondering what the recommended size and how many for a b450 with a 5 5600 running stock atm ?

Team Group 8Pack Edition 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C14 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit, but was going to put these in a new server build and order new ones 2x16Gb or whatever is recommended for ryzen ?
