Although for the price of the board you would be better off getting a C2D and board.
 
Vir, how did you get 3GB memory in your laptop, does it have 3 slots ? Or did you use a 2GB module ?

This was build for me by the company I ordered it. They put one 2GB Stick in and one 1GB stick... They pre-build it that way for 32bit Vista/XP :)

Also, you could try to sell it but it will be hard I think as T7100 is not possible as an upgrade from any processor around. For socket-p that is the lowest model as far as I can see... The T2xxx series is based on socket 479...(based on a popular Dutch price comparison site: http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/cat/612)
 
Hmm why is it so difficult.

Im looking into it right now. Even if i do sell it i would like to be able to say what laptops it will work in and what ones it wont (if you get what i mean).
