What socket is this board?

The question is half rhetorical.
When looking though the OcUK catalogue of motherboards I had the "find" option in my browser find "775" as to cut down the AMD choices. (I know theres sub-catagories but I'm a novice and have no chipset knowledge)
Anyway so I came aross this.
In the name is says its a "(775 socket)" (which to my limited knowledge tells me it supports the LGA775 socket Intel processors.
But in the description is says:

CPU Support for Socket AM2+/ AM2 processors: AMD Phenom™FX processor/ AMD Phenom™ processor/ AMD Athlon™ 64 FX processor/AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core processor/AMD Athlon™ 64 processor/AMD Sempron™ processor

Which I know don't use the 775 socket.
Typo?

it's AM2+ so yes, it's been misplaced/labelled.
