What software can i test ?

Just took delivery of my new Philips 200wcs 20". I love it. No dead pixels from what i can see, but i i see ppl running some software to test their tfts.. where or what is it?

Eve online never looked soooo good

Whats the most common settings for contrast and brightness on a tft. Currently I have mine set to 45 brightness / 80 contrast , looks good but im sure theres a common setting most use.

it varies from one TFT to the next, and depends on your graphics card as well. You could try this monitor calibration wizard which can help set it up nicely
