what software do i use to install a .msstyle theme?

From what I remember there is no software needed.

go to C:/windows/resource/themes and create a folder with the same name as the .msstyle file
i.e.
C:/windows/resource/themes/mythemename/mythemename.msstyle

then right click on desktop, click properties, then select it from the themes listbox.

Does that get it to display?
