What software should I install?

Had my build a couple of weeks now and while waiting on my GFX cards to arrive was just checking what I should be running to monitor my CPU etc? What are the essential programs to be running?

So far I have Core Temp and GPU-Z.

CPU-Z is good too.

Are you going to be overclock atall?

When you graphics card comes download MSI afterburner or EVGA precision (you can only use one, i use precision) and set up a nice fan curve and get overclocking.

Hopefully do a little overclocking, won't be too much since i'm going to be crossfiring. Mainly just want to keep an eye on temps to check everything is fine

That okay then, Core temp is good as is HWMonitor

Oh and don't Unigene Heaven 4.0 + Valley, 3D Mark 11, 3D Mark. to give the cards a proper workout
