What software to use for CPU temp test

I meant for testing if the overclock was stable :)

Could do with some info as I'm pretty new to overclocking. I have read the stickys and I understand a but more now and I'm looking to overclock my 4690k

By how much should I keep increasing the CPU clock ratio? Do I need to mess with the CPU ring ratio or any other values or should I just be the CPU ratio and Vcore? Should I have the ram set to 1333mhz whilst overclocking
 
How should I increase the CPU multiplier? Should I start it on 38 and then go from there? Should I stress test on IBT for 10 minutes each time and then increase vCore voltage if needed ?
 
Any advice on what I should do with the ring voltage? Should I just leave it at default

I've just gone up to 4ghz on 1.145 testing on real bench now how long should I give it for each test

Well I've just tested for about 10 mins on realbench at 4Ghz 1.145V didn't mess with anything else and I didn't get any errors or anything

Should I try 4.2GHz now and increase Vcore if needed

I'm still confused as to what the ring ratio should be on I've left it on default for now

temps were decent to

4.4GHz 1.220Vcore - I ran RealBench for 15 mins with no issues
