What song am I remembering.

Trying to find a song from the last 10 years, think it was around 2007-8.

All I can remember is a few vague memories of the music video and the style of band.

I think they are American or Australian band, similar in style to say Jet. It was a mainstream song, so would have made the top 10.
The music video is a pure black landscape, and I think the drummer is in the background, with the singer in the front. Triangles or shapes are floating, or moving around them. I remember the two sides of the landscape and shapes are mirrored/symmetrical, possibly tiger heads or animal also. I'm maybe making some of this up.

Any guesses much appreciated.

Nope sorry afraid that's not it. It was very similar in style but more gold or yellow in colour I think.

That's a pretty accurate video from my description though, thanks.

It's not Queens of the Stone age.

I can't hum any of it, I have an awful memory, so finding it is becoming very hard to get hold of the song.

Sorry it's so vague.
