what sort of a bottle neck will have with a xeon x5670 and 980ti sli at 4k ?

I was wondering if it would be worth upgrading from xeon x5670 @4.5ghz to a 6700k at 4k with my 980ti's as at 4k i only need my cpu to hit 60fps ?
 
If regulus's recent thread tells us anything it's that once you get up into multi-millions of pixels, the work is almost all on the GPU.

4K has more pixels than he does at 3440x1440 (8.3 M v 5.0 M) so you'll probably be fine with the current Xeon. A 6-core Westmere-EP is no slouch.

As always, get the monitor first and if performance is lacking, upgrade.
