im assuming its a ram problem, although that would just be a guess and i dont have a cd around to do memtest, although i could get one if others seem to think it would be a good idea doing this.
i get these flickers, when trying to change the format to save something, it happens a lot in pgotoshop, although in other programs too. best ive found is paint where it happens, but it allows me to actually still click the format type i want it to save as, where as on photoshop it wont let me ghost click it as im spamming my left mouse over where the format type i want should be displayed in the drop down menu i cannot see.
this also moved to games too. when playing wow in window mode, clicking an icon while sometimes; although not all flicker like this for a few seconds, resolving me to go into full screen mode if i am doing raiding or anything remotely serious.
heres a preview of what i mean. hopefully someone can help me as ive had it a while and just persevered because i was unable to find out nor explain what my problem was.

ive updated my graphics drivers so that cancels out that problem, which leaves me to think its ram? I've got some more on order in the post but i need to save something to a different format tonight which isnt happening in this condition!
many thanks for reading.
