What sort of PSU do you think will run this?

Need to buy a cheap PSU within the next 2 hours. Budget £55 max, as just discovered my brothers xmas upgrade needs a PSU as his cheap one doesnt have a connector I need.

It'll be running a
3500+ AMD64 Newcastle Core
DFI Crossfire Mobo
1GB RAM
2 DVD Drives
1/2 HDs
X800 Bravo 256MB Gfx

Would a 380/400W PSU be enough for this, from Tagan or perhaps Akasa?

How about the FSP Sparkle Blue Storm 2 400W or the OCZ Modstream 450W?

The Modstream is obviously Modular and is rated 28A on the 12V line.

Needs a 4/8 pin mobo connector aside the 24 pin connector. The PSU my brother has doesnt have this, so obviously wont boot the mobo, my antec does, hence Im rushing out to grab a cheapish PSU, i can justify a huge expense as its an older slower system, and this PSU, was NOT in the budget I put aside for him for xmas.

Good to know, ordered. My brothers PC kicks up a right noise anyway, so i wont be unhappy to see the old stuff go, and hopefully switch off a few fans too ;)
