Need a revamp of my system 3700+ amd at the moment. am looking at buying - GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit + Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail + Abit AW9D-MAX Intel 975X (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard £547.81 delivered, does this sound like a good system? or is there something i am missing?

I have 2 x Nvidia 7950 cards atm so i will keep them. just need to upgrade rest of system ram moby cpu.
 
Looks like a great spec.

That Ram is much loved and is an excellent price, the CPU is madness and 3ghz on air and stock vaults isnt unreasonable to expect, giving you stock x6800 speeds. 6400 ram is as fast as you want to go with this cpu really.

Motherboard I havent used so cannot comment just do a quick search for ram compatibility to be sure it will have no problems and enjoy your 150fps in all your games lol.

Searching here for the motherboard name and checking the homepage is worth the time taken.
