What sort of spec?

My motherboard is a little dodgy at the moment and so instead of buy a new board i thought a new little upgrade..

Currently
3700+ 939
2x1gb DDR400
1900xt (PCIe)
2x IDE HDD
1 x Sata HDD
2x IDE Optical
PCI TV Card
Hiper 430w

All i want is something not cheap just good value for money which will be quicker at making divx files and well just slightly faster, will be using same HDD+Optical (4x IDE = motherboard issues?) and same GFX

Any ideas?
