What sort of stuffing [xmas!] do you like?

stuffing ey... NOT the bedroom kind!

Moving on, what stuffings do you guys like, any top recipes you'd like to share? Im thinking about what to cook on xmas day so ideas would be appreciated! I prefer seperate stuffing balls. Is it ok to make seperate stuffing even if it wasnt used to stuff the bird?

FYI, it is to go with chicken, not turkey.

With the paxo stuff, do you just buy the packet stuff and add water? Whats the deal with it? Never had it before
