What Soundcard shall I use?

I currently have available:

* 7.1 High Definition integrated soundcard (Sigmatel).
* Sound Blaster Live! 5.1
* Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit

and currently 2 small speakers on my desk with a subwoofer below.

A. What soundcard gives me the best quality on my current setup?
B. What speakers/upgrade do i need to get for a small bedroom setup?
