my hyperx 1066 loooks the same too, its nothing to worry about at all.
ur mb and cpu accept 1066 ram so thats a good start. go to cell menu and set fsb/dram ratio to manual, then adjust the ram frequency setting to 1066, then adjust the timings in the "advanced dram configuration" menu, and finally set the dram voltage to 2.2V
