what speed should i have my 2133 ram at?

hey all,

recently upgraded my pc and in the upgrade i purchased the below ram.

16GB corsair ddr3 pc317066 (2133mhz) CAS 11-11-11-27 1.5v

Now my other specs are i5-2500k, gtx 980, z77 mobo.

It's currently set at 1333mhz with the default 9-9-9-24 settings, should i leave it at that or would i benefit from setting the actual rated ram speed/cas settings?? I read in a few places that anything over 1600mhz on the 2500k would be pointless?? If I should set it at 1600 then what settings should i put it at??

Oooorr, should I just enable XMP and be done with it??

Thanks Stulid, that is what I did as for now but will stick with it if you reckon that too. I thought it might be the case but were worried as I have read some boards don't like XMP enabled if you have a Turbo boost enabled which I do for my OC (in hindsight, I should have included that in the OP). Got myself all in a little kerfuffle which made it worse because I was at work, but all seems fine
