what speed

i have the following
q6600
asus pq5 pro turbo
4gig 0cz pc6400
tuniq 120 cooler
what speed could i clock the cpu and do i just up the fsb or the multiplyer as well

i can only get it to clock at 2.7 (9x300) anything above wont work

I just needed for somebody to explane what settings i should set certain things to.
iam a noob at this and thats why i was asking for help and for somebody to point me in the right direction

Thanks m8 i googled it and now sorted 3.2 no probs (8x400)
my ocz pc6400 1.8v is that ok
