What subscription service is best?

So a while back I picked up Origin Access basic so the kids could play the sims and I could play dead cells, Titanfall etc.
Then I picked up the xbox pass on PC so I could play Minecraft Dungeons with them too, and I've just noticed that it's got the outer worlds and Hell blade on there also (Along with a load of other stuff).

So my question is, which of the subscription services is worth it or gives the best value for money?

Imo, MS Gamepass.

I'm surprised with the range of games they have

I do get tempted by that every now and then, but I don't think it has the DLCs for mass effect does it? That would be the main draw for me.

pretty sure it includes the DLC
