What supermini 15-20k

Hi guys looking for a super mini/crossover. My budget is 15-20k. Looking at Clio, capture, Ibiza, fabia, polo, i20, corolla, Yaris. Looking for cheapish insurance and good mpg. Mainly be a city runaround with a bit of motor way driving at the weekend. Any recommendation for trim, year milage.
Favourite at the moment is a 2023 Clio etech with the alpine trim.

For £15k you'd get a 2023 or newer with plenty of warranty left and much lower running costs, if you can charge at home..

Does it need to be newish? Why not get an older, low miliage car and save 10k+, plus depreciation.

Can't charge at home so I would have to rely on public chargers.

Doesn't have to be newish I am open to an older model. I did want an auto matic though.

My mate got an AygoX and it is fine what it is. Has all the toys. Radar cruise, car play etc and is still quite small.

Suzuki Swift is worth looking at if you're wanting a small hatchback.

And if you're looking at the Polo/Ibiza/Fa bia but interested in a crossover check out the Seat Arona and Skoda Kamiq. There is the VW equivalent too, the T Cross, but the others offer better value.
