Don't takea thing, sometimes whey powder if I can't be bothered to do a steak. I eat an insane amount of fruit.

Does diclofenac count as a supplement?

Otherwise, none at all - I can't see any point in them when I can obtain everything I need from real food, which invariably tastes nicer.

Lol :) It does look a lot when written down like that but it's only a couple vit tablets, few fish oils and a drink of Green Tea for health, nothing over the top. The protein & oat shakes are essential and nothing OTT and the training aids are only taken on training days and in very small amounts, plus they cost virtually nothing, less than a bottle of Lucozade for a weeks worth ;)

Health
Multi-vitamin & mineral = £5.50 per month
500mg Vit C Esther = £2.70 per month
Omega 3 Caps x 4,= £3 per momth
Green Tea Extract = £5 per month
So £15 per month for this lot or 50p a day, same as a bar of chocolate...

Food
80% Whey Protein = £22 per month @ 100g per day
Crushed Oats = £2 per month? @ 100g per day
Flax Powder = £7 a month @ 10g per day
About £32 a month for some high quality calories ;)

Training Aids
Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL, = £1.00 per month @ 3g serv
Taurine, = £0.60 per month @ 2g serv
Acetyl L-Carnitine, = £0.60 per month @ 1g serv
Sida Cordifolia = £1.20 per month
About £3.50 per month, less than £1 per week but I cycle these on and off so it's probably about half that really. I think these are worth their weight in gold

£50 a month altogether for some high quality supplements To buy this lot from a shop would cost you well over £100  . Not bad when when you consider some people pay about £40 a month just for their Protein powder and I'll bet it's inferior protein in most cases too.

Seven Seas Pure Cod Liver Oil Plus Multivitamins (use to take seperate oil/multi vits but then found these)
Stackers (fat burners)
Echinacea (when ill, feeling run down or getting over being ill)
Ginkgo Biloba (improved circulation amongst many other things)

I try my utmost to get as much as possible from dietary sources, however post workout I take a quick whey shake as I walk home so it's important i get something down me otherwise i'd not be eating for 45mins to an hour.

3 scoops of instant whey with 50g oats and milk and maybe the odd banana every night and 2 scoops with water after gym sessions.
