what temerayure sensors can be trusted

my asus temperature senso is saying 31c
HWM is saying 25c
i knw theres not tha much of a diff but i just wantd to knw which one i should look at when overclocking ???

Are you talking about the separate display thing you get with Asus mobos?

no i understand that theres core temps and cpu temp buh right now the ai sute is saying cpu 37c and HWM is saying cpu 31. my core temp on core 0 is 19c
i was just hoping sum 1 could tell me which 1 i should use.
i have a amd 1090t at stock with stock cooler (im saving up for water cooling)
