currently iam useing PC Wizzard 2006 but i dont really trust it all too much as it shows an overclock to an AMD64x2 3800+ at 2.3Ghz at 49oC under load on air.

Is there any decent ones that you can reccomend?

Sorry to barge in, but wanted to ask a question about fan control/monitor units.

Are they worth the dosh? There's a luvverly little Silverstone number (FP52) that would go wonderfully with my Sugo (when I get it...) and it's pretty cheap. I thought it might come in handy, seeing as I won't be using the other 5.25" bay.

I gave MBM to a mate once and APPARENTLY it made his cpu temp shoot up and his PC shutdown. TBH I've never had this (And never heard of it happening) but tbh he's a bit of a noob so he probably selected the wrong MB model and it just read the temps stupidly as a result. MBM recommended tho tbh.

Ive just given it a try and its reporting my tempsa at 32*C CPU & 40*C Chipset, does that seem right to you guys?

Yes, mine is currently at 43 degrees for the CPU and 41 degrees for the chipset but I have been running Prime95 for the last 10 minutes.

Whats the highest your chipset has been. I've had it upto 47c BUT the room temps were about 26c already.
