The hardware I use running at default speed.

CPU: E6750
Mobo: Asus P5n-d
RAM: Corsair Dominator TWIN2X8500C5DF 4096MB
GFX: XFX 8800 Ultra

XSPC Delta V3 CPU Waterblock
EK 8800 GTX & Ultra Acrylic Full Cover Waterblock
XSPC 200 Bay Reservoir & Pump - Clear
XSPC RS240 120mm Radiator - Black / with 2x Papst fans, 4412F2GLL (18db)
12mm tubings + 1/2" fittings

My current idle temps are:

Core 0: 36
Core 1: 38
GPU: 45
Mobo: 31 (cooled by default Asus fan)

Ambient: 22

Messured in Celcius

Would a new pump do me any good?
Kinda ordered me this one

and what can I expect after this upgrade.

Idle temps don't really mean much unfortunately. You need to post load temperatures.

And I'm afraid that if I was going to change anything in your system it wouldn't be the pump.

Why?

Your CPU and GPU blocks are some of the best around, so not much point in changing those. The pump just moves the water around. Sure, it will move faster with a more powerful pump, but if the blocks can't carry the heat away from the processor and the radiator can't dump that heat out into the environment then it's wasted. Which brings me to the radiator. There is nothing wrong with the XSPC 240mm radiator, but if you swapped it for a Feser 240mm radiator you would see an improvement in performance. I'm assuming that your case is cut for the XSPC radiator otherwise I would suggest the Thermochill PA120.2 over the Feser (it's British) but the hole spacings are non-standard (it's British!) so you'd need to drill new mounting holes for the radiator, which you wouldn't with the Feser.

So that would be my advice, but I think you may be as well sticking with what you have, as it looks quite respectable to me (although I'll reserve final judgement for when I see the load temperatures).

The tower I use is a CM Cosmos 1000 silver. The load temps I got from Crysis after about 30min of playing were 56* C GPU and around 45ish on the cores from what I can remember. The temps rises after that since the ambient temps do.

Came in mind the reason why Im changing the res is due to the pump sucks air from the top of the res even it's 99% full of liquid AND there's a shield to prevent it from doing this.
