Sorry guys im new to this. i fitted my new cooler last night and stress tested it today im running an i5 2500k 3.3ghz on a asrock extreme 4 gen 3 mobo with 16 gig of coirsair dominator ram.
dont no what temps i was getting on the stock fan i never checked, just ran prime95 for an hour and the max temp i hit was 51° for about half a second the rest of the time all 4 cores sat around 46°-48°
i have a fair few fans in my case so was wondering, what sort of temps am i looking to hit with an over clock? i want to get to around 4.4ghz or 4.5ghz.
is this achievable?
ive never over clocked before so im not too sure. any help is great thanks.
