What TFT screen cleaner actually works easily?

I've just been cleaning my TFT with some screen cleaning wipes.

It left nasty marks on the screen which took ages to get off (it's just about alright now).

Are there any good screen cleaning things that will actually clean the screen properly without leaving marks/streaks?

I just buy a tub of wipes from a local big named pc retailer. Works perfectly for me.

KlearScreen TFT Cleaner

Hi mate,

I use KlearScreen TFT Clearner, bought from any good auction site. You spray a mist on, then wipe over then buff gently with the microfibre cloth and works a charm. :-)

As said a Soft Microfiber cloth and a bit of warm breath to get rid of sneeze marks and housemates finger mates.

You'll probably be stripping off all the screen protector coating they normally put on them using isopropyl alcohol !

Wouldn't ket you near my NEC with that muck !

Most screen cleaners specifically say 'no alcohol'. I guess it because it does something bad to the screen?!

I actually read somewhere that it's safe to use a 1/1 mixture of isopropyl (50% pure) and distilled water.

I just cleaned it with water and my PSPs screen cloth, it worked perfectly
