I have seen Perfcap mentioned in various threads and did not know what it was until I saw a GPU-Z screen with it on and I think its something to do with telling you what goes on when the GPU is under load (?) but I have not seen any explanation as to its purpose.

My GPU-Z does not have it on ? How does it appear and is there a proper explanation ?
