What the best graphics card I can get with Asus P5E?

I have a 4 year old computer and I'm eager to update it one last time before it gets relegated to the corner and I buy a new system.

I'm wondering what is the best graphics card I can buy that is compatible with my motherboard (http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5E/)
I'll be using my computer for fps games - Css, BF3, SC2 and video editing.

Pretty much any card. I'd check your PSU for brand and wattage. And also what your current card and budget is..

If my memory is correct thats a x38 chipset with two pci-e 2 at x16 so pretty much any gpu will be fine just depends on everything else ie psu,cpu so you have enough power or no bottleneck

Any GPU will work with that motherboard, but more expensive ones are likely to be bottlenecked by your CPU.
