What the best intel cpu ?

Hi, i want to go back to intel, and I'm trying to figure out whats the best CPU to get just now on the Intel side.
This PC is for gaming and light 3d work and everything else?

Wll my b450 stoped working the motherboard ports and then kept locking up and freezing so I then got my B550 is freezing up some times, and the usb stopped working when copy files to my hard drive.
So after 4 years of amd hell im going to go back to intel.
I don't now how and 5 wouldd be to be its hell so far for me....

would you say to buy another AMD rather than going with intel?
My GPU is

Gaming GeForce RTX 4090, 24GB GDRR6X, 384-Bit, HDMI/DP Nvlink Tri-Frozr 3 Ada Lovelace Architecture OC​

Just buy a reliable AMD board with no known issues and a 9800x3D

What board would you suggest? MSI and Asus have failed me in the past

What ram sppeds should i look at at and 5? I am looking 32gb or 48gb of ram.
