WHAT the heck is that?

Multi-stage booster rocket on a missile/rocket/launch vehicle. Booster seperates, loses momentum and then starts to tumble.
 
It's absolutely and clearly a UFO. There's no question to it.

However do let me remind you what a UFO is... an unidentified flying object. UFO != aliens.
 
That was my test flight into space, I'm building a top secret new space propulsion vehicle in my bedroom and manage to launch that day, unfortunately it started to misfire and the end result is what you see in the videos, rocket juice being spat out of both propulsion thrusters, it's in a state of temporal flux and that is why you can see it for a long while and why it started like flying around.

They are here to steal our water and eat us, seen it on tv, looked damn convincing to me :) only mooching cos they can't find a parking space big enough.

I still don't understand why, if this is genuine, he posted it up on April fools day?

Though, I'm not even sure if they have an April fools day outside the UK.

He posted it up on April 1st which means nothing.
The 2 guys in the video run a yearly conference where idiots from around the world descend to watch bad quality videos (it's the law) but sometimes there is a little gem in there that I can't explain (but others can).
