What the Hell is going on with the crazy Intel prices both New and Secondhand?

Shops are selling the new i3's for higher prices than the new i5's and people are still selling old Quads like they are still top of the range CPU's even though they are the hardest hit in performance loss with all these security flaws and no Bios fixes...

New i3-9350KF - 4 Core - £189

No Hyperthreading (so they don't have some of the current security issues)

i3-9350KF is a garbage 4 threads, no HT.

With all of Intel's issues with HT why are Intel prices going up?

Yeah , what other product has serious flaws and the price goes up , i can't think of any...
