What the HELL is this?

i think the term is placeholder ;)

i suspect it's an entry for something they were trying out (as for the item shown, it's a directional card cooler I believe and not normally that price;)).
 
They have been out a long time, bit like the Vantec, Antec and Gigabyte ones

I cant remember but I think one of the fans sucks fresh cool air in from rear of case and other is just direction to move air already in the case around.

If not then its one of the others I mentioned above and I am sure Gigabyte did one.
 
I used to have the vantec card cooler and its was ****. Basically it just pushed already warm air over the GPU, waste of a pci-e slot really :(
 
It's obviously an attachment for your PC - to be used by OcUkers who habitually throw their toys out of their prams. :p
