What the hell :(

When i play games i get sound comming out of both of my earphones when i listen to music or watch movies in windows it only comes out the left ear

Headset - Medusa 5.1 (not the usb headset)
Sound Card - SOundblaster zs

Ok sry for moaning at ya Just abit annoyed ... Anyways ive done all the obvous checks : cables,settings etc and ive also tried my headphones in a different computer and they work fine
