I've seen one person sqear blind they've been eating only 450 calories a day for 6 months and not lost more than a pound

....i was later informed it was rude to point out that was utter ********

Meh it's just clickbait.

I acknowledge the privilege I have being born and growing up as a white male in middle-class background in a country like the UK.

But thin privilege? GTFO

It's always easier to point the blame elsewhere.

I've lost all hope for some of these people. For instance the story that Dowie posted up. The woman/man (can't honestly tell if it's male/female) is clearly thick for thinking that only sweets and sugary drinks will make you fat. Then to go on and say it's not her fault that the NHS is paying £250 a day to keep her/him there, and then to blame the hospital for having a food trolley that goes around.

I remember that ridiculous thread.

He said his wife was on that diet and while he didn't see everything she ate or knew the calories of each meal, he was sure she was just on 450Kcal. Thread went through an emotional roller coaster from hostile denial to friendly reasoning when posters came to the conclusion that his wife did not know how to calorie count.

Some people are just destined to be fat sadly. It's not the 5000 calories a day they eat and zero exercise, they were born to be this way.

Lol right, yet strangely these people weren't born that way in previous generations. This fat gene seems to be a recent thing.

Could they not just surround that fat hospital woman with NBM signs?

If only she put as much effort into losing weight.

We could all sit around and claim others are more privileged than us but it doesn't get you anywhere, in fact, it just makes you a less enjoyable person to be around.
