My next modding project perhaps ? ;)

Christ on a bike that's horrid! I think it could be just the gash decals that do it though - it'd be interesting to see it in a different colour with no decals.

Perhaps if they had not spent all their money on building race cars and race event hospitality the brand might still be alive...

I think the root of their troubles went a little deeper than that. The catalogue of missed opportunities that stretches right from the pre-BL days is just staggering.

Perhaps if the greedy scum company directors hadn't filled their pockets the brand might still be alive.

And again....Rover were dead long before the Phoenix mob took over. The body just hadn't stopped twitching yet.

I dunno, lose the ott vents in the bonnet and a less extreme rear wing, detune to300 bhp and I'd have one ;)

Anyone fancy photoshopping it ? :D

I don't know what to say about this car. As a TF it is hopeless because of the hard top being on when it doesn't look to be raining. I think that car looks fab as a race/track car when you can get away with the over the top styling but if it was a road car with the vents/arches/wing it would be very max power.

Incidentally it had a Cosworth Engine in the back I think and was sold for £16k in the auction when MG closed.
Now it is for sale for more money http://www.racecarsdirect.com/listing/19457/MG_XPower_TF500.html but obviously we do not know what state it was in for the MG auction!
