I spoke to a representative from NZXT about getting a parts replacement for my h440, all went well and he said one should be sent out within 14-21 days.

Today is the 21st day since that email and i receive a package from NZXT...

It is full of plastic toy soldiers and badges?! It was a fairly large box also. It was quite a laugh and a surprise when opening it and it also lead to some confusion as it would, I have emailed them back and i am waiting for a response. This has made a weird but funny start to my day.

Funny thing is it came from the NZXT hq and on the shipping invoice it was marked as a gift and the shipping fees were $55.33 haha! Its came all the way from the US.
