What tilt or gimbal head for my monopod?

I need a new head for my Gittos 3260 monopod,as I found the ball I used a bit annoying for airshows.

Looking to spend upto £60 or so,and need a head which can support the following:
1.)Nikon D600
2.)Sigma 100-300mm/F4 with a 1.4X TC

So I would say at least 4KG.

I was looking at this gimble head:

Its around £60 or would a tilt head be better?? If so what model?

Or are there any good ball heads for under £100??

The head weighs around 1.2 kg and the monopod is rated for around 15kg. I found the ball head more annoying than I expected!
