What time do you go to bed?

I used to be around the same as you OP but now I'm generally asleep before midnight and awake around 6-7.

Isn't it more important that the sleep you get is measured on the quality of that sleep rather than the hours? Some humans function fantastically on 4 hours a night whereas others can sleep 10 hours and still complain they're tired or have drowsiness through the day, although fitness levels and diet are probably more important for the latter.

Over the summer I tend to sleep very badly.

I tend to get to bed at around 1AM, but tend to naturally wake up at 5:30/6:00 so 4 or 5 hours sleep average.
I had similar issues to you assuming it's caused by light nights, getting proper black out blinds sorted it for me.

Mon to Thurs between 10 - 10:30pm & up at 5:20am due to working shifts & I don't really stay up late or sleep in much when I'm off work, my body clock is pretty much set in stone after years of shift work.

Usually about 12-12.30AM and get up for work around 8AM. I must admit that if I go to bed even buy just 30 mins or an hour I feel so much more refreshed in the morning. Really want to try and get into a better routine.

Work nights mostly 10:30-11:30 and up at 6. Weekends can sometimes stretch to midnight if not feeling too tired - the missus won't stay awake that late though.

My routine is a going to bed at 1-2 am. But i dont sleep because i am using facebook or youtube on mobile. Its a bad habit which keep me up till 3-4am.
But i prefer sleeping at 11pm so you can get up at 7 and conqueror the world :)

I'm really bad for going to bed at a 'normal' time. For me 1-2am is when I'll go to sleep most nights then up at 7:30-8:00am

On the weekends or if I have no reason to be up early I can easily stay awake all night and go to bed when I see it's light and hear birds singing

Bed at 12, up at 7, or when the kids get up.

Weekends bed at 1-2 .

I'm a night owl I like being up late, the wife and kids are in bed and I can just relax and do what I want to do, it's my time.

Usually around 11pm and up at 6.40.

Weekends bed about midnight and up 8.30 - tend to wake up around this time.
