I had similar issues to you assuming it's caused by light nights, getting proper black out blinds sorted it for me.Over the summer I tend to sleep very badly.
I tend to get to bed at around 1AM, but tend to naturally wake up at 5:30/6:00 so 4 or 5 hours sleep average.
You need to sort that out - that's not particularly healthy to do regularly.Bed by 2am, up by 6:30am
