What time do you go to bed?

Around 02:00 usually and up at 06:30.

That does vary a bit but not a lot, I pretty much feel tried all the time even if I sleep in so sleeping does feel like a waste of time.

Anywhere between 10 and 12 depending on what I'm doing. Usually up at 7:30 and I haven't used an alarm for years, started when we had a dog who always wanted to go out early so would get us up and even now that he's gone I still wake up naturally with no problem.
 
Normally around 1am then up at 7, i much prefer going to bed late and getting up late but work doesn't really accommodate that. The evenings once kids and wife have gone to bed allows me to game or catchup on the all recorded programs I never get to watch.
 
Usually go to bed around 23:30, then up for work at 07:00 during the working week.

Friday night for Saturday, bed around 23:30 as usual, but up for golf at 06:00, teeing off about 07:07 :D
Saturday for Sunday, whenever...shrug.
 
Normally around 11pm if I'm up for work at 7am the next day but that's getting later and later at the minute, usually going to bed around 12-12:30am. Weekends can be anywhere between 12am-8am before I go to bed!
 
Between 11pm and 12am through the week, while getting up between 6am and 8am depending on the shift I'm working. On a weekend I'll stay up till 12-1am usually, but it might be 2am on the odd occasion, then I get up between 9 and 10am.
 
latest 10:30 weekday and weekend annoying thing is i struggle to lie in on weekend where as in my teens could drag myself up at 1pm now its like half 8
 
I tend to be in bed by about 11:30 at the latest but don't normally nod off till midnight.

Alarm set for 7 am so I get enough.

I do tend to wake up tired but I can get 10 hours at the weekend and still feel that way!
 
Normally, these days I try to retire by ~2100, browse on the tablet for ~30mins before trying to sleep until ~0530.

This week, routine has completely gone to pot while on annual leave, been up as late as ~0015 (but still waking naturally by ~0600). Consequently, I've spent the week feeling like a zombie, struggling to muster up enthusiasm to do much at all (eg. I've only done ~15 miles of cycling, when normally by Friday I would be at ~75+ since Monday).:(
 
I work nights so bedtime is usually 0930 on my first night and 1030 the other nights. Wake up between 1730-1815.
My first day off I sleep till 1300 then go to bed at 2300.
Wake up at 0930 on days off.

Day shifts bed at 2230 up at 0515.
