What to ask when viewing a house?

I'm going to see some houses this week and was wondering what kind of questions I should be asking, and advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the suggestions guys Got some good questions to ask come tomorrow. The houses I'm looking at are 2 or 3 bed semi detached with a garage and driveway...... to buy
