I've only ever sold mounted pictures before, 12"x8" mounted and signed for £35, basically nets me a £20 profit. Now if I don't have to get the print mounted it obviously less so I was thinking, do I keep the profit margin the same for prints no matter the size. So the pricing structure works out like

12"x8" £23.00 (£2.88 for print and delivery)
18"x12" £30.00 (£9.48 for print and delivery)
30"x20" £40.50 (£20.48 for print and delivery)

Does that sound right? Or am I diddling myself and I should expect a greater profit margin the larger the size of the print. Or am I being pricey in the first place?

Up to you really. I think its better to have round numbers for pricing to the public so I'd go:

£25/£30/£40 on pricing if you want to retain the same sort of margins - this also means that you will make more on a 12x8 and make the 18x12 seem better value to your customer and retain the margin.

There is another school of thought that says why should it cost any less to have an unframed than a framed print - or much less anyway. You could just charge 10% less for a print alone, which makes your framed prints seem better value.

You should charge as much as the market will bear - you will have a good idea of the volume you move at the moment and should price accordingly.
