what are good things to code when learning a langauage (python) i always get stuck on what to do , same with my homepage what to sue as content

Be imaginative! You must have coded past projects, try to recode them or simple algorithms in your new language of choice!

Variables for input;
Starting location
Population per city
Average population per country
Trade routes (air, sea and land) with volume of travellers
How contagious the virus is.
etc......

If you want something easier then how about a library system for check in and out of books, member details storage inc book checkout history (you know the FBI will want it), member admin, book admin, book ordering, book popularity rating etc...
